Chantelle has enjoyed practicing real estate throughout Sarasota and Manatee County since 2015 working with some of the top agents in the area and with clients from $200K to $20M. Combining her 15 years of hands-on family business experience – including buying, selling and managing commercial real estate – with a natural instinct for customer service excellence, Chantelle offers both the expertise and genuine care it takes to achieve exceptional results.

Prior to moving to Florida, Chantelle was the Programs Director of a classical youth orchestra designed to provide intensive classical music instruction and discipline to under-served, at-risk youth in the Northern California area. She participated in the launch of a very successful program in Salinas, California and another in Santa Cruz, California.

Chantelle was born in England but spent her early childhood in the Seychelles Islands before moving to Colorado. Later, her family moved to California, where she grew up and attended the University of California Irvine and then graduated from the University of the Pacific. Now a proud resident of Venice, Florida, Chantelle, her husband and their two dogs love biking the Legacy Trail, sunsets at the Brohard dog beach, diving for shark teeth from their boat, and especially meeting fascinating people from all over the country excited to call this paradise home!
